err, so i'm now a 8 or 10, something like that, level conjuror. I have all the spells from the 1st group like slow, weakness, magic arrow, etc. and I seem to have gotten the next group of spells, flame arrow (?), and whatever the other one is, but I can't use them.... rrrr... I definately checked the boxes next to their names. The second time i was able to get spells of the 2nd group the first spell I selected didn't show up, so I know I selected it.
I have PoG 1.0.1 and Trinity.
Is this a bug or do I have to do some quest to be able to use them? -digitalmonk

You hit cast, then on screen, select target with mouse.

There are arrows in the Cast Book. You click them and it will cycle between different-level spells. To get to the Level 2 spells, click the Right Arrow.

(i'm not at home) thanks for the replies, I figured it out though. I didn't notice that there were multiple pages in the spell book. doh! ah, but I do love those flame (arrows?)
speaking of conjurers, is there any way to recover mana points other than potions and gaining a level? will they replenish over time? thx

Useing the INNs to recover all HP and MP will work.

nods So, I figured that much out. Looked very much forward to receiving the tent, too... but alas! it seems that only the true inns actually recover mp. Is this a bug/oversight in trinity (spellcasting becomes a lot less feasible when one has to get back to an inn to be able to toss off more than a few higher lvl spells), or is that just the burden of being a conjuror?
