Right, I've just registered my free account with f2s, and it says something like, "please FTP pages to ftp.blahblahblah and the directory is www.blahblahblah." Well, I know that FTP stands for "File Transefer Protocol" but I'm still in the dark about how I put my stuff on f2s. Can someone help me out?

I've had this same problem before. You need to open up an FTP program and fill in these settings:
Host (server, etc.): ftp.whatever.f2s.com Admin/login name: your account name password: self-explanatory directory: (url="http://"http://www.whatever.f2s.com")www.whatever.f2s.com(/url)
You can get Fetch, the FTP client I use, at (url="http://"http://fetchsoftworks.com/")http://fetchsoftworks.com/(/url)

Download a FTP program (I think I used CoffeCup FTP) then use it to upload your files to the adress they gave you. I can't be too specific because its been a while since I've done that.
