ok for some reason i cant get on to evo. it keeps on saying there is enough memory and i dont know how to give it more memory. advice would be great! thanks

Click on EVO and "Get info" (hold down the apple button and "I")
Now, depending on your system, you can change the current memory straight off, otherwise find it in the little menu.

Um, and if you have simple finder on, turn it off. Then do what Silver dragon said.

You might also want to check the plug-ins folder for anything you've added recently. If you have a defective plugin installed, it can cause EV to say that it ran out of memory when in reality there's loads of it available.

Okay, right after I asked that I went to another topic and noticed that a lot of other members had something other than just "member" under their name. How do I get something there?
You just get andrews attention when he's on crack and there you go. But you might also want to try adding some ram to your computer (original purpose of topic).

I'm Having Problems Too! The Primary Weapons ( Space Bar ) won't fire when using the Afterburner ( Z ). I'm holding down the :- Spacebar, A, Z, Up Arrow and Left/Right Arrow. If I release the A key the Primary Weapons work when using the Afterburner. The crazy thing is the Seconday Weapons work when using all these keys including of course the afterburner to catch up with those frisky Renegades. Go Figure!

Oh yeah, and if you have virtual ram on, (Or Ram Doubler) try turning it the RAM lower.. And get more physical RAM... You should see your computer with more RAM! It's so much faster... I think 256 MB RAM will be standard soon
i have already gone to get info and doing all that such putting the memory above the memory needed. but it didn't work. i also took out all the little icons i had no use use for. and i dont have any plugins either.

hmm...i have problems like that too. i am almost positive it is my keyboard though, since it does that in other programs. of course, i don't have a mac and am forced to use COUGHHACKCHOKEGASP executor...
back to the original topic though, i can't help you rebel. sorry. unless you're running executor too, then i know how to help, but...you probably have a REAL mac.

now it is working again! oh and about your problems, check the preferences. or you could be holding too many buttons down, my computer can only accept two buttons down at a time.
