I've completed the Kirrim Prime, Dreadnought, and UE Crusier missions. Where can I pick up the rest of the main objective?

I believe you to Gruado in the Emaghlan (sp?) system. You have to try a few tiems though. After your done with the UE Central Objective I recomend getting ROTUE, its really fun.
