The Azdgari model is easily the best Arada. PS if you do the release fighters&buy; new ship... trick you have to pay the fighters the daily fee.

Hm..I have my own Arada now that the Falconsting I (a crescent warship) is spacedust and I really like the Arada fitted with swivel phase cannons and shield boosters, etc. But HOW, HOW do you get an Azdgari Arada??

I'd like to see, in the future, an Escort Carrier, something fast enough to go toe-to-toe with a faster enemy ship but carries a fighter bay.
As for my favorite ship, UE Destroyer. Just right to open up renegade ships and make 'em stop breathing.

You don't buy it. You have to capture or buy regular Arada and upgrade. (I'd capture, once you do a lot of missions the Azzies won't care much about one ship and it looks really cool)

As everyone with half a brain knows, the Voinian Cruiser (or the Dreadnaught, if it'd "allowed") is the best ship in the game.

The best ship by far is the UE Fighter.
I've always been a fan of the CW. Lazira's is an excellent pre-CW ship. Zidara is ok, not one of my favorites due to un-sellable outfits, but purples my favorite color. My real-life ship (VW Bug) is purple, hehe.

I prefer the UE Cruiser with Voinian armour and neutron turrets, 1 or 2 SAD launchers, an afterburner, a couple extra fuel tanks and RAM scoops,and of course, the squadron of 5 UE fighters. I also like having 4 shield enhancers, just in case, and generally an escape pod.

I'm stuck between CW and Arada, although I'm already down for CW (I think) so put one Arada vote down for me.
Personally, I've always liked the Freight-Courier a lot. It's a challenge to take on the tougher ships in it, but it's still doable.

Those are two of my favorite ships earlier in the game before you can purchase all those large capital (or is it capitol?) ships.

Sorry this is so long, but I just couldn't just say "I like this one and this one".
My most favored ship changes depending on whether I use plugs and what version of EVO I'm playing. Using 1.0.2 (most enemies have infinite afterburn, and of course, no maxing of turrets/guns) I'd definitely go for my cozy Arada - damn fast w/all handling upgrades (to deal with the AIs' * afterburn) and I can outfit it with 4 swivel phase cannons without worrying about that slot limitation. It still has good utility and room for a few other upgrades. Back in the day of 1.0.1, the Crescent Warship turned out to be my favorite. Outfit it with max phase turrets, both types of armor, all engine upgrades, fuel tanks, extra cargo, all Crescent sensor upgrades (naturally), the various upgrades from the Azdgari and Zidagar, shield upgrades . . . and WoW you have what I would say is one beautiful ship: good speed, great shields, good handling, great cargo space, great armor, great primaries (I never really liked any of the secondaries that much), and you're free to roam where you please (no strand biases). I'd give the CW my absolute vote, but with the advent of unlimited enemy afterburn in 1.0.2, the CW is a bit too slow. :frown: Back to my Arada. I give honorable mention to the Lazira, Igazra, UE Cruiser, and Zidara (if only the other strands would leave you alone) :rolleyes: I had a lot of fun cruising around in those too!
Sooo ring me up for the Crescent Warship (wish I could still use it) and the Arada.

Be neither, I hate the UE Fighter. Much to weak, much to small, and much too slow to be of any danger.
But, in my big EVO plug that I will be finished with soon, the UE have a gunboat, which is much better than the UE fighter.
