How can I kill the horned devils in caves and crypts for example in the northern territories or at Nehria's? Im a right now shelterd with about 130 points. COuld I get more?

I'm assuming you are talking about the skeleton looking guys with the horns which are the death knights. Bad news, one of the harder things to kill. Since they are undead normal armor doesn't mean much to them. I'd suggest getting some undead protection equipment, such as the divine lamp from the crypt, or the milla'kara shield. Might even look into some of the items you can buy that boost your undead protection. Most of what you will face in the far north are undead, so it is a good idea to have equipment to protect you from them.
Or you can work on your stats 'til you have enough strength to boost your damage rating up to where you can kill about anything with 1 or 2 blows. If you can do that then armor suddenly becomes a bit less important.
