Interesting question...Well, I would say to respect the mods, do what they say, and most of all be friendly. Being a bully on the boards will get you nowhere, and even if you are friendly towards people, that dosen't mean you will get to be a mod.

You have to keep to the weboard guidlines, say what you feel, but be understanding. It's a hard job and people don't get it easy. Most mods have been here for a long time. If you hang around at these boards long enough, and keep to the 'golden rules' above, then you may well become a mod.
Personally, I wouldn't want to be a mod at this time. I would get more respect than I deserve

Well, first of all, you have to have been around for a while. In other words, you're experienced with the boards, you know the ropes, etc. Second, you need a bit of luck. I got lucky and was able to replace Kwanzar when he left.
