I didn't switch from the Lazira to the carrier; I took the carrier as an escort. Slow ships are not my style, but I don't mind having an escort that can launch UE fighters.

Not to brag, cause I was lucky, but it can be done: Crescent Warship, Monty Python, long range artillary & armor display plug. Capture odds said 1% - I gott it the first time.

Wow...You're one of the few.

Its not that difficult you can get one in about an hour and a half (once you have an idealy upgraded Voinian cruiser)

Yeap...In other words, it is going "to be a bumpy ride." I don't think I would like the Dreadnaught, though, because it is SO sluggish...Speed and agility are what matter. (opinion, of course)

I haven't done anything amazing like capture a dreadnaught or anything, but I once managed to capture a Crescent Warship using a Lazira, and I believe I even managed to capture a Voinian frigate once using an Emalgha freighter (heh... clumsy wooden ship captures big nasty Voinian warship, hee hee! :D)

Thanks, but I wasn't renegade at the time, the helian is an independent ship..
Oh yes, here's one, Voinian Cruiser with UE Scoutship!! Take that ya scaly bastards!
Heh heh heh, but the UE went kinda nuts when the big lunker came flying into Sol.. I sold it and made much much much little tinkling credits!

Oh, sorry. I didn't mean that you were a renegade, I just meant that the Helian is commonly refered to as a renegade vessel, since they are usually the only pilots using it besides a few traders.
Good idea! My next project it to capture a Voinian cruiser in my scoutship. Wish me luck!

I've captured a Voinian Drednought! I did it in a Voinian cruser with voinian escorts (Voinian ships have high crew ratings) but it still took me about 40 or 50 tries.
My next goal is to capture the drednought prototype while working for the Azdgari. That way I can have a drednought fully decked out with Azdgari manuverability and shields, perhaps an Adzara bay, and if i'm luckey, I can still go back and do the prototype mission again, thus getting the cloaking device.
But that is for another day...

I did the same thing, except i had a Lazira, but the UE wanted me dead, so i switched back to a faithful Lazira 6 mil. the richer i might add.
