In the DSN-87619 system, the system was full of Miranu frieghters (class of ship, not government of ship) going to and from the planet, newly colonized by the Captains of S-570. Already it was a rather large colony due to the help of the post-industrial race of native aliens which lived on the planet. In exchange for protection, supplies, and technology, the peole of F-1357 would help the Captains of S-570 and Carnotaur build up their colony on the planet. Carnotaur had decided to name the planet Rizgar, after the natives (called the Rizgari) who looked like a mix of Igadzra and Zidagar, but were in truth not really related.
Rizgar and the Rizgari people would bring in mountains of trade and money to Carnotaur and his small government. However, Carnotaur was worried. His forces were spread thin and isolated, and highly vulnerable to attack. Even though the Stror system was protected by the Azdgari slightly, the Kayian Alliance was neutral, and the Miranu were friendly, Carnotaur still worried about his tactical position. He then made up his mind to, in the weeks and months ahead, build up his forces and solidify his borders.

You need not be concerned for the safety of your colonies that border Kayan worlds. At least two of your colonies are protected deep within our space, and we will not attack you or your people. However, the Kayan Alliance is a democracy, and as such I doubt the Kayan Senate would authorize me to turn over Pariah to you completely, but since we are allies, I'm sure we could arrange a joint control agreement. In other words, we would allow your people to settle on unoccupied portions of Pariah, form a colony there, and we would act together to protect the system. Our colonies on the world would be seperate, and could act independently, or aid one another if one was in trouble. If this isn't enough, we can try and work out something else.

Thunder was in the process of designing his latest, and perhaps most ambitious, Kayan research project. He was detailing the finishing touches on his data-pad as his ship entered it's final approach into the main Kayia spaceport.
He had contacted engineers from all across Kayan space, and had assembled a team of the brightest and the best to work on this new project. This team was waiting anxiously in the Kayan government building, speculating as to what the project might be, when Thunder finally arrived in the room.
"Sorry to keep you guys waiting," Thunder apologized. "Anyway, I've called you here to help in a design project that will help protect the safety of our space and defend our worlds from any threats that may come. Here on this datapad I have the initial ideas for the Kayan Gunship. I am no expert in ship design, but after nearly a decade of militia experience I have some idea of what I'm doing. My hope is to integrate the best qualities of the Arada, Lazira, and Crescent Warship to create a ship that works to accentuate the strengths of each; a ship that is fast, maneuverable, and designed to take advantage of defense pods and our Kayan sensor upgrade. The first ship that will be uniquely Kayan." Thunder handed the datapad to the lead engineer, a Strandless man named Mylan, who immediately inspected Thunder's work.
"Hmmm..." Mylan said, skimming over the contents of the data-pad. "Not bad. It could work."
Encouraged by the initial approval from one of the most honored engineers in all of the South Tip, Thunder continued his conversation with the engineering team, working out how to best design the ship and what would be required to do it. After two hours of discussion, the engineers decided to conduct their work on Kayia. They told Thunder that the projected cost for researching and building the new Kayan Gunship prototype would be around 5 million credits, and would take at least two months (two months story time, meaning at least 9 posts). Thunder walked out of the meeting with another datapad in hand, one the engineers had given him detailing the likely specifications of the Kayan Gunship, once it was complete.

To Thunder: There is only a station in the Pariah system, and it's called 'New Alcatraz'. Although there is a planet in the Pariah system, it is unihabitable. Also, I don't have any trouble with loading the map. Are you sure you have the right map? It works fine for me.

I put money toward building 2 dome ships, 5 Zidagar dreadnaughts, 45 A-Aradas, and 20 Zidaras.
Note: my fighters are halfway there- will be finished in eight posts- designs will be finished in two posts....
Miranu ships are eiser to build and most are lightweight vessels.
And Rima and the Miranu are just plain bigger than the NT Renegades and Zidagar. The Zidagar are tiny and will be eliminated soon by the Azdgari, and then Arada Pilot'll kill the NT Renegades. The Miranu also have much more extra credits because they are not at war and do not need to support a large military. Unfortunately, the NT Renegades do.
Miranu are a peaceful organization.They will help in wars but not participate.Medical and messages and other supplies is all the Miranu do in war.
