MODERATION:
Keep in mind that building stations takes a quite a bit of money (to pay for the materials to build it, to pay for construction, etc...) Also, keep in mind that it takes time to complete stations (though since you have waited a while since you last colonized new systems/built new stations it is valid). If you do have these 5 new stations built, the result will be a large deduction from your available cash.
