Yo... just a few questions: Where do I get the Zidagar Missions? What is up with Coucil Station (and why are they so easily offended?). Is there a way to get more Voinian missions after they say that a human can't participate in their important plans? Thanks.

Zidagar mission starts at Pozdaq3, as for council station its there for plugin developers. Next time remember to search

Get Zidagar missions at Pozdag, as he said. Fight renegades and get a pretty good combat rating, and a good legal standing with the Zidagar, and they will offer you a mission to defend their system in Pozdag 3's bar.
Council Station is very secretive. You can't do missions for them in regular EVO, but if you download some plugins, such as Beyond the Crescent, you can do all sorts of stuff.
As for the Voinian missions, I've never done more than a couple of them, Lonevoinian can probably help you there.
