I completed the Azadara mission string already but before I started I started the Iggy mission string (delievered the eels to somewhere) Can I do complete the Iggy mission string if I stopped midway? (I went back, killed a bunch of ships, and now have at least a decent individual rating on all Iggy worlds) Thanks.

You can only play for one side in the Strand War (per pilot file). If you wish to play for the Iggies now, you'll need to start a new pilot file.
Oh, and anyone who mentions the trick to joining all the strands at once gets a swift kick to the nuts. Notice how our friend here has already completed one of the strand missions.
