Does anyone know how and where to get the first Vionian mission??
Have a good combat rating and head to Pax. Also don't do any UE missions other than the UE shipping mission (The first one)

Who are these Vionians you speak of? Where can I find them? Are they in a plug?

The Voinians come with standard EVO. They are to the east of the UE. They are rather mean (unless you work for them) they hate the Emalgha and UE, love armor, have horrible shields, have slow ships, have big ships, and have cool looking ships. To find out more about their ships, ask Shayborg. He was a big site which talks about all vessels in EVO, including the Voinians.

yeah, you get the mission at pax. it's not always there, so you may have to try a few times. it stops being available when you complete the 1st rescue voinian defector mission.
