So, UE Patriot, a real UE Cruiser! With six REAL Disco Maching Guns! AND 400% SHIELDS! What a great ship! Only problem is, it's too great. Sorry, no invinci-ships floating around in this plug. We want to keep it realistic. Thet means no Disco Machine guns. I know, they appear in the game, but very rarely, and they're too powerful. You're gonna have to edit your përs if you want to be in the plug. :frown:
UE Patriot, I ignored your first post.... and now I'll comment on your second. 6 Disco Machine Guns and a forklift? So, how did you manage to get those in the game without cheating? The whole point of this plug is to see the LEGIT ships that LEGIT people of the board fly around with.

I think you need a lot more ships... many EVO Webboard usuals haven't signed up and the whole point is to have people you often see on the web board. Also, I think on the Pers Gov planet there should be termination missions where you go to some 'arena' system and have to take on one of the new EVO Web board pers. This brings you one step closer to multiplayer EVO. Also, that would make it even more important to get the ships like the ones EVO Webboard members fly.

The problem is that an AI ship fights miserably compared with an EVO Boarder. For example, a UE Cruiser with 8 defpod launchers is an ultimate killing machine, but the AI wouldn't put the pods into use. :frown:
In the end, you'd see newbies boasting on the board on how they killed Buba with a Freight Courier... For that reason, I think we should allow shield and weapon overcharging at least for non-capital ships such as the Arada (not the Azdara though, since it becomes invincible too quickly).

Well... we'll teach the AI. We'll create one AI so smart that.... umm... it'll spawn a race of machines and eventually take over the world, resulting in the "harvesting" of humans to use as a power source for the entire evil machine empire...... oh... wait a sec.
