OK, I've searched the message boards and the galaxy, but I can't find the derelict ship that continues the storyline. From what I've gathered on the message board, after you find the Hinwar Phanton Fleet, a derelict ship will pop up to continue the mission string. If this is random in any system, what is the probability of it appearing?? Eagerly waiting to destroy the UE!!!

I didn't ever get the ship. I just went to Centari and got the next mission. Not sure if that will work for you.
