Alright, I took over Romit with the Emg. and destoryed Avann, then I met the Hinwar dude and did 2 missions. Where do I get troops to take over the station that I need to take over?

Outpost Gamma is the name, I believe. It's one of the UE Frontier outposts to the Galactic South.
