I'd make billions and billions of credits marketing Forklifts to the strands.
OR I'd use Res Edit and import the Tachyonic Fighter... and give it more of those lasers... and make the Implosion missile tracking...and un-jammable...and not need ammo...and have a fireing rate of 10 shots/sec...and go conquer the Voinian homeworld...and kill the Council...and conquer the Strands...and take over everything else....

First, I'd make a few millions in the Munb-Himgro run, get myself a quick tough ship, settle down in a quiet seaside town on Blaga, and subsequently live my days as a freelance diplomatic courier in Miranu/Crescent/Human space. Naturally, I'd carry an escort of captured pirate CWs and Laziras, and crack open any pirate ship I see.

PS: As for my ship, that might be a Miranu Courier with two phase beams, a Zidagar ECM, all maneuverability upgrades and dospect :). I never tried that in-game, but it sounds great for a real-life scenario. I just love the courier's independence and its vast fuel reserve. The only problem is that it's too slow in sub-light. I don't see myself in a clunky cruiser with a crew of hundreds. Besides, I'd have my pirate Laziras to kick ass.
As a more conservative approach, a Lazira or CW with dospect, phase and defpods seems the most appropriate choice. A Zidara would be even cooler, provided that I could sell the fighter bay. An Azdgari Warship with the fighter bay ripped out and all maneuverability upgrades on top of its natural advantages would also be nice, but I don't like the Azdgari.

I agree with Lightning; I would disable Crescent Station and explore beyond the known galaxy...
