Please stop talking maths... we are having another trial School Certificate exam in maths next week! (the SC is the BIG exam at the end of year ten). And if everyone insists on using complicated math-lanuage, then take the 7th root of the number 268435456.

Except all of those functions are easily accessible on a graphing calculator so does the decimal mean you were born around June 25th?

I HATE hyperbolic sine and cosine functions.
I am sec(1.52912), which is old enough to have forgotten much of the math I learned in high school.
I am old enough to know algebra (pretty well), and not calculas or higher math.
My age is the only semistable equalibrium value of dy/dt = y^4 - 38y^3 + 360y^2 + 38y + 361

I can just tell somehow. I can't really explain it...part of it, though, is that real conversation is really hard.

Bloody hell guys, I come here to relax , not spend a few minutes revising my maths... that's what college is for
Anyways, my age (to the nearest integer) is the length of the line AB, where A(6,-6,9) and B(-8,2,1)
If that's too hard, then it's the time (in seconds) light takes to travel 0.036au (for the more astrophysical among you)

So is anyone over 20?
I couldn't be bothered working out all the maths but take it as a general sign that everyone so far is under 20 and still finds it new and exciting.
You can take it from this that I am over 20

Actually, the function themselves are basic, but knowing how to convert them and use them in intergrals and finding their deritives...etc make them upper calculus. When you have to deal with trig, algebra, derivs and integrals all in ONE problem is what I be talkin' about.
