I once got a mission in a bar Northern miranu world to transport "Silver Sky Whale" to North tip station.I did't bother but,that may be a way.

I think there's a mission to transport a Renegade that you get at the bar in Hizdiar, the strandless world. Not sure though. However, if you feel like stomping the NT Renegades into the ground, download Zachit Missions. You can find it in the EVO addons page. It's my first attempt at a plug, but I think its cool. Anyway, check Hizdiar, I think that's the place

Hizdiar is possible, I got it once there, but it seems random... I got it at North tip as well!!
Too late for your plug though sorry... I already destroyed Outpost Zachit....
I'm pretty sure Hizdriar is the right place to go. And as for the Zachit plug, I really think that's a good idea, since the Zachit missions in the game seem incomplete.

Do any mssions begin at the rock?
I don't think that there are any mission strings that start at The Rock, but maybe some attack or defence missions? I dunno. I'm glad you like my plug idea, Shayborg, it's on the EVO addons page.
