I know that the Chronicles is for EV-Related stories, but what about the backstory to a plug-in? If I submit it, will it get published, or is it strictly for stories set in Matt Burch's or Peter Cartwright's universe?

Good, because I have an idea for a TC plug-in, but I want to see what people think of it first, so I am thinking of posting a little teaser on the Chronicles.
