How do u activate the plug-in F-25 do u have to start a new pilot or can u use a pilot u have already meet the requirements for the plug with.

Well, when you download the plug, it comes with 3 plug ins and a file called "F-25 1.4 Read-Me". It is usually a good idea to do just that, because that kind of info can easily be found FYI, this is a copy of the req. F-25 System and Game Requirements 1. UE Central Objective 2. Both Nebula exploration missions Things you can not have done for F-25 to work properly 1. The Voinian strings. 2. You must not have any of the Voinian vessels. 3. You can not be in Voinian Space. 4. You can not have any Voinian vessels as escorts. 5. You can not have completed the North Tip Renegade missions.
Enjoy. I know I do

Well, if we're feeling smug.... notice how he didn't ask what the game requirements are. Notice how he asked if he can play the plug with a remaining pilot.... but, that's ok, we can't ALL catch those little details.
For the question asker.... Yeah, you can play the plug with an already existing pilot file (as long as they meet the requirements, which you mentioned).

thanks that was the answer i wanted.
I must apologise to Flatulence. I should have been more specific when I only gave the requirements. But you see, it is difficult to start a new pilot AND have completed the UE central objective. It thus seemed more constructive to give the full details (after some light irony, I accept it) than to answer a YES or a No to a question that was not specific (what has the pilot done before). I hope those extra bits of justification will allow you to fully understand why I made this answer.
