Did you start the parren station ones? Or did you rescue the scout ship? Or did you rescue anna? If you haven't done any of those then you are OK. But you do need a freight courior at least.

It's really weird, since you can actually do the rescue defector mission and still work for the Voinians. But I guess then the Voinians still don't hate you a whole lot, or not as much as they will later. And I've got a semi-related question...how come you can land at Pax, even after you're rated a Felon there? And how come sometimes the UE Frontier planets suddenly get really mad at you for no reason?
