could someone PLEASE!! help me! Recently I've started trying out EV Override plug-ins, and 90% of the time the file is corrupted. It downloads and is either a .sit that is corrupted, or dl-redirect, an unknown format. Please help! I've even downloaded the new version of stuffit!!

I don't know why the file is corrupted...I've never had any problems with that. But what you can do with the dl-redirect.pl things is to drag them onto the StuffIt Expander alias on the desktop (or the original application or another alias that you make). That always works for me. You can try it with the corrupted files, but I have no idea what's wrong with those.

I can't think of anything else to write...
that dl-redirect thing happens to me when i use Internet Explorer but i can unstuff it without any problem by dragging the file to stuffit expander

I've actually already tried that, that's how I know the file it corrupted; stuffit says "This file is corrupted ....." "Unrelated disk error ( unexpected EOF) etc. I'm using all new softwere, so It's either my computer, or my connection.
i've heard of this before

I had problems too. I tried to get the 4th Reich SEA for the plugin on my Mac (download it via PC, email it to myself, DL it at the Mac, I know it sounds dumb but my Mac cannot transfer more than one page on the internet before it crashes). I got a type '-39' or something error when I tried to open it. I downloaded the one of the Reich page, and it unstuffed fine on the PC, but I get the same errors on the mac! Help!

I think the problem I have is that stuffit version is too low. Someone said that it had to be 5.5. So where do you get stuffit 5.5??? Or perhaps it's just my computer; the buggy iMac, because where I downloaded them at school last year, the plugins worked.
I've had that error "-39" problem with the 4th Reich too. Even after I've rebuilt the desktop, reloaded and reinstalled the plug-in, etc. Does it ever work? And if so where can I get it?

That's weird, 4th Reich was one of the only plug-ins that worked for me. I thought it was very average though.

Get Stuffit Expander 5.5 from (url="http://"http://www.aladdinsys.com/expander/expander_mac_login.html")http://www.aladdinsy..._mac_login.html(/url) . You can get a copy from there, RCD.
