oh, and there is another problem i am being encountered with: the commander of dernath, when i want to warn him and beg for help for decimus and so on, he only tells me, that the cyklops first are to be destroyed; i was at the cyclops' camp north-east and killed them all, but i couldn't open the treasuries und the mayor is still waiting that i kill them
answer would be very nice ...

You must have missed a cyclops. Once you kill them all, the last one gives you a key that opens all the chests.
ah thx i will run and kill 'em all!
