Gualon Station

The voinian station that is south mid in voinian space has always been forbidden to me. Has anybody ever been in it other than UEs after capturing it?

I have docked at it a lot. I just go to the mission coumputer and get a mission to gualon station. But no, I have never landed there with out a mission making me allowed.
