I've done about three missions for parren station, and it doesn't seem to be finished... The last message I got was that the clerk breezed me by, and that the station looked almost finished. I can't seem to find any more missions to paaren station, just to the planet.

After a few mission-computer cargo missions, you have to go back to hanging out in bars. There may possibly be a combat-rating prerequisite, too. (?)

Yup, somewhere in the bar you'll find out that the defector is in trouble and ya gotta go rescue him/her...
