Sadly, there are no missions for the South Tip (hello plug designers....cough cough)
For the NT, don't join the Zachit and check out Hizdriar's bar until you get a mission where this guy is running from Zacha officials. Accept the mission, and you're on your way.
I'll check to see if there's a legal status requirment to get the mission.

I was one of the best legal ratings you could be 'cos i did the Zachit (zacha) missions and then the renergade guy came up to me and i did the renergade missions. I'm not sure if your surposed to do both of them but i did ha ha ha

theres this other stuff, its called sour powder, you can get it at Blockbuster. and that stuff is the best for snorting. i havent tried the liquid yet though...
