Like AAC said, the swamp starts 1N 2E from the learning tree, but the cave that you're looking for is farther in the swamp. Remember that some of the stuff that looks like water is mud or something, and you can walk directly across it. If you need more help finding the cave, post, and I'm sure someone will tell you (I don't want to give it all away! :p)
