You have to finish all the origenial missions then go to borb station's bar or voienia's bar(I can't remember which.).

Well... I did finish the first one (url="http://"http://dof.hypermart.net/images/reign1.gif")http://dof.hypermart...ages/reign1.gif(/url) unless there's more to it than capturing Sol.
So, I should go to either Borb Station, Voinia, or Avann outpost???? sheeeesh.
Get the next part of the plug and land at NEW voienia a.k.a. Earth. If that doesn't work then try landing at all the core systems of our mighty Empire.
Ok... finally, I warped in, warped out, then warped in again and got the Knox spy mission on Sol... but, they said it'll take a few months.. so, I went and conquered some of Miranu space, and now I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do... Sol doesn't give anything, and I don''t know what else I can do... is there some other voinian planet I should go to?
I think you keep going to new voiniea. The next part is when you get to counquer mira :).

I know. Both issues are addressed in the forthcoming new release, where the Sol system has less UEs, plus some cool jammers become available at one particular place. For a damn steep price, though.
