A little help!

Okay, since this board is occupied by fellow Mac users, I figured this would be the place to post my problem. For some reason I can't put my own image son my webpage. Here's what I did:

I scanned an image, and saved it on Photoshop. I converted it to Indexed color (.gif) and then exported gif89a so that the automatic .gif tag was added at the end of the file name.

I uploaded it to angelfire, and tried to put it on my webpage using the standar img src-"blah blah blah" HTML tag, made sure all the capitalization was correct, and the image didn't load up.

Please help me!

My signature is short and unobtrusive. I don't have a long sig to overcompansate for "ego" problems.

uhhhh, did you put quotes around the image name?example: <img src="pic1.gif">

------------------
"what is life but a prelude to death?"-me

Yes, i did put quotes. I didn't exactly get waht foo12 meant, but i did type in the tag correctly. If you meant copy and paste "file.gif" I already did that, and it still didn't work...
