It looks nice, although the links in the downloads bit don't work and you definately need a lot more content (i.e: in-depth analysis of every weapon, ship and outfit).
Also, don't try to weave too much of your opinion into it, I think it's almost universally accepted here that the neutron cannon is one of the worst weapons in the game (35 tons for that pop-gun? I could get a missile rack and 25 missiles for that).
Oh, and laser cannons are actually more damaging than proton cannons per second.

Those are NOT actually links for the downloads. there just text. All I have put there is that you can get them from ambrosia's website.
I may put some for info up on there but its just suppost to be a little web page that may not be updated at all!

I agree with that but I still like the raw power of Protons being higher than Lasers. With a price of being just little more slower and shortranged, it has more Mass and Energy damage.

Just some issues I noted right off the bat:
1. The server is kinda slow. With as many images as you have on the one page that your website is made of, it's a noticeable problem.
2. Just my opinion, but the neutron cannon is horrible. Far too heavy to be compared to the proton cannon.
3. The plural of torpedo isn't "torpeados," its "torpedoes."
4. You've got an executive transport target up there and you're calling it a Kestrel. It's not. The Kestrel target is PICT #3015.
5. Lightnings wouldn't be classified as sister ships; sister ships are usually similar in appearance, function, armament, etc. The Lightning is just a fighter for the Kestrel; there are no similarities between the two.
6. For the downloads, if you're trying to be good at making recommendations, you really should make links that go straight to those files; I don't care what site I'm surfing, but if they tell me what I should download and they don't provide an easy way for me to get those files, I'm not going to go through the trouble of finding those files.
6a. In a related vein, you should link to the (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/games/ev/addons.html")EV Addons page(/url) on the side, not just the Ambrosia website.
7. Why do you have a picture of New Ireland under the Ships heading?
Edit: Heh, got beaten on a couple of things while I was typing this, oh well.
Also, I'm sorry if it seems like I was just ripping your site to shreads, but they are problems that really should get fixed. I think it's a good first attempt, and with some more updates, it could be good. I still prefer the (url="http://"http://www.evula.com/survival_guide/")EV Survival Guide,(/url) but that's just because it's mine.

Oddly enough, I'd rather make money or hang out with friends on a Friday night than sit in front of the computer pouring over files in ResEdit and putting various numbers into an HTML document. I know, I'm strange. :rolleyes:

OK, heres my criticism of the site. You have numerous typos, which are listed below: If you type Proton Cannon in both uppercase, why is then Neutron Blaster then lowercase in last? Neutron blaster you type. It is not torpeados, it is Torpedos. Missiles in uppercase. missiles you type. Oh, and are you referring to special extra weapons to which you get in the Confed and Rebel string? Then, you should add Heavy Rocket and Space Bomb. Corvette is in lowercase. corvette. Pirates is in lowercase. pirates you type. And again lowercase when the Kestrel is mentioned. The Kestrel is in lowercase in beginning of sencetence. And the Kestrel is not very fast, more like average. It is slower than a Confed Frigate (:eek). Ect is spelled etc. Escape Pods and Maps in uppercase. escape pods and maps you type. Missile Jammer has last in lowercase, and has typo. Missle jammer you type. Missiles in lowercase. missiles you type. Escape Pod in uppercase again. escape pod you type. Shuttle in uppercase. shuttle you type. Extra space in middle of word. S urvive you type. Escape Pod in uppercase again. You type in lowercase for the 3 and 4 th time. Auto Eject in uppercase. auto eject you type. One more suggestion: if you want us to download those plug-ins, make a link to them. We arent sure if they are good, and if we want to try them, we surely wont search half a hour the Add-Ons just to get one plug. I dont mean to ripping your website to pieces either. It is just constructive criticism of problems that should be fixed.

Um. No. I just want everything to be completely grammatically correct. It just looks nicer when its capitalized right and doesnt have typos. I am betatesting a plug F-25 2.01 for Bomb ,which is a famous developer having made both F-25, F-25 2.0, Reign of The Voinians, Reign of the Voinians II, and Bombs Plug-in Guide (which explains how to make good plugs). And he didnt mind at all, no matter how insignificant it was- a apostrope in wrong place or space in wrong place. Sorry if I offended you. But all what I said is what it takes to have a site with perfect grammar.
