Thanks for asking, it is going okay. It has turned out to be a little longer than I would have liked, and some parts create a slow down even on my computer.

I'll PM Silverwind to see if he wants to. Silverwind said he can, so we're full.

Well, I have made no progress on a map, so now I'm not sure what we should do. Sorry!

Huh. Well, that stinks... What to do, what to do... (Failed)
If someone already has a level planned out without the guns/powerups, I could switch, but unless someone is ready, that won't be happening. I can try to start and finish something, but it might be pretty cruddy.
EDIT: SELFBRAINSTORM! I had an idea kinda on the back burner, and I might be able to use that!

Don't worry. Do you think that you can make an area in the next five or six days? If not, that's okay. I will try to find someone else to do you area.
But, hopefully, you will!
Good work everyone!
My area is gonna be pretty small, so I could swap with someone if they'd like.
Making progress!... I'm making progress!... pretty nearly done, with it actually, I think!
Klublex, can I name the miniboss 'Miniboss'? Because with 2miniboss, it just dies, doesn't do the bang or drop health. please! puppyeyeslook

Good! Of course you can name it Mini Boss. (there will be only one) How did you get the impression that you couldn't? Can't wait to see your area and am glad to hear that you've gotten working on it.
Don't worry about the time issue, I don't want anyone to be rushed or make their area extra small.
My area is really small, and not (in my opinion) all that great, but it is kinda a new concept (Tridash touched on it in one of his levels) but it is really short. you said parent/child sprites needed to have their area number on the front i,e, '2miniboss'. Silly me. Cool! Yay! Ok, I will rename the miniboss, and touch up on some stuff, then the next guy on the list can start chipping at it!
Oops, I am very sorry about that. Alright, edit: The parent child link rule applies to all sprites except for Bosses or Mini Bosses. Sorry for the inconvience, and Kasofa, that's perfectly fine for it to be small. After all, now it's MY TURN!!! MHA-HA-HA!
Area 3 is now in process... I am planning to make it have an
Spoiler
Area 51
theme.

pant pant I am working hard on my area, it is going to be extremely large. I may not finish it in time, because Halloween is a busy week for me. Would you guys mind if I take an extra 4 days?
ATTENTION ALL PARTICIPANTS!: Please do not put any Layer 1 sprites in your area, as they will show up behind the Auto Background. I have fixed Kasofa's and Lamkin's but no more!
Great job everyone!
P.S. I am discovering that this seems to be a very interesting and fun idea. Project Mini-Sketch 2...

Yes, I know that I am replying to myself.
This project/topic is temporarily closed , as of the fact that I am 3/4 of the way done with my area and have been basically confined to bed due to a strange fever disease thingy that I can't pronounce. I should be done with my area soon, I am very sorry for the hold-up. Great job all participants.
Thanks for your patience!
That stinks. I hope you get better soon!

Klublex, how goes the project? I hope that it gets finished soon!
All right, I have bad news and good news, here it is:
Good News: My area is finished! It all works! It is really fun to play!
Bad News: I took way too long on my area, and definitely exceeded the time limit. It has grown to be way larger than Area 1 or 2. I think that each participant should have an equal chance to making there's large. I propose, if it's okay with you guys, that you each do 2 areas, to make up for my giant area. That would work, but...
Lamkin, you were right. I compressed the file to PM it to Silverwind, and it's 112k! Darn it! Anyone, Anyone, is there any way to make it smaller besides deleting things from the map itself? Or maybe passing it to another participant by some other way?
Very grateful for any input!
Sorry for the inconvenience!
I wouldn't mind doing another area, but I don't do bosses very well, so I'd ask you to take that into consideration. As for the problem with the size, we could always e-mail the level back and forth. If anyone has a problem with that, they could always create a new Gmail account strictly for the purpose of sharing the level. I had initially thought that there was also a 100k limit to the levels we could upload to the addons page, but you have Aventure Challenge up there, so when we're done with Mini Multi-Sketch we can simply upload it there...
