I'd just be satisfied with getting on the first page and thus in the top 40. (I'm currently ranked #44, but I'm sure I'll have to work a bit to hold on to that, much less beat it.)

EDIT: my current best time on easy (I think) is 55 minutes and 50 seconds, 100 percent complete, 5 deaths.
And I got spot 290-somthing

Heh, nice. I think the reason I was able to get a better time than Xander and complete more of it at the same time was that I figured out how to get the

and the

double shields

in one lap at the racetrack instead of two, cutting 40 seconds off my time.

I know how to get the second shield upgrade with 0 seconds on the timer...
although it probably only works on a kinda slow mac
But, beating the game in 20 minutes?!??!!??!

I probably won't ever do that, and I'm happy at 55 mins.
