Shďp Resource

Pertaining to the Shďp resource:

• What happens if the Display Order is a negative number.
• What happens if two ships have the same number, like 2.

They'll show up in the shipyard in order by resource ID. There is also a flag you can set so the ship will override others with the same display order.

Negative display orders just mean they're ordered lower than positive ones.
