How does the vellos auto-refuelling ability work that refuels the player whenever they land?
Well they don't have engines on there ships right...so there is no way to use up "fuel" per se. I would probably think that they eat a sandwich or something you know something to feed their mind as that is what makes the ship (they bend weaves around themselves to make it).
No, not the desc-wise answer. The technical answer. I think it has something to do with 1-day crons.
The 'T' powers have the "auto-refueler" outfit mod on them. Thats how.
