I know the origonal Azdgari homeworld atmosphere 'had some pretty bad things happen to it'. So what is the current Azdgari homeworld? Or is it a 'Council' of all three moons?

The Azdgari, nomadic by their cultural nature, likely had very little invested in the world at the time, and the loss was barely felt to them. Currently, the moons form the "core" of their apparently permanent settlements, but they could just as well pack up bags and move to Voinian space if the mood struck them to do so.
