Don't make the level's too hard please! If I want "head slapping" I'll go back to work and quit lurking around reading all these great posts. (I have no intention of making any levels myself - the last time I did any programming it was on PASCAL and we used PUNCH CARDS! Man - am I old!)

Well...'Andrew's World' was a bit hard for a first level...but not nearly as hard as some that Ben did. (Labyrinth, Parched Earth, Ends of the Earth..you get the picture..) I think the head slapping quality that spamguy referred to was in regards the puzzles. They are quite difficult to get..which is why I had so much fun playing the level. (But I think another save point before you go across that chain over the fiery flames would be a nice thing...)

You mean, you'll put down your rock and I'll put down my sword and we'll try and kill each other like civilized people?

I agree completely! Haven't spent a whole lot of time in Andrew's world - still in the first level looking for some of the secrets - but it certainly is challenging - and another save point would be helpful.

Well, not that kind of head-slapping. I meant slapping your head in a "d'oh, why didn't I see that?" sense.

Oh, I knew that was the type of head-slapping you meant. I do it all the time! I just meant that after a day of writing reports, proposals, etc., I enjoy letting my brain turn to mush and killing some bad guys and collecting stuff and not having to think TOO much.

Sooo.... can somebody give me a spoiler and tell me how to get to the guy on the bottom left (below the hangglider???) in Andrew's first level. I think I've got everything else. Please?? Then it will be my turn to say D'oh! (email me if you don't want to spoil it for everyone else). TIA

Heh..this is tough. We'll have to do the spoiler notation or something. After all, we had all sorts of spoilers for the original Ferazel game. But since you're getting mailed the answer, I shall say nothing this time.

OK, I'll post a hint for finding George.

After a great effort of trying to find my way out, I gave up and peeked in MASCOT. My suggestion: I don't think the number of health power-ups in that level could possibly support the clearing of that secret. Have a ziridium brine thing, something.

Tsk. Tsk. That was one reason Ambrosia SW was hesitant about releasing the editor. You can cheat. Oh well.

I really don't know why you would vote for Bush. In fact, I'm a little scared on what he might do to the country, if he was elected. On the other hand, I don't really support Gore. But, I'm not going to vote for Nader. It would be taking votes away from Gore, and he needs all the votes he can get. VOTE GORE TO KEEP BUSH OUT OF OFFICE!

Well, I did make it very hard.
I'm going to make less hard in later versions.

Progress that has been made since 0.1's release:
Three levels (One rainy, and two underground) are nearing completion.

Questions:
Who thinks I should add a save-point halfway through level four?
Do you like sneaky levels like level one?
Would the very well hidden health potion be fair if I made George give a hint about it? ("There is a health potion on this level", not a description of where it is)
