Well, as I said, it wasn't quite consectutive. Every 4 or five hours I would either give up or decide I had been playing way too long, but then a while later I would think "If only I could do that one mission, or find that one outfit that I couldn't find, or take over that planet that I just couldn't quite dominate." And then I'd be right back on, until four or five hours after that, when I would repeat the process. And yes, I was extremely tired, but I had gotten a ton of sleep (like 14 hours a night) that weekend and I had a lot of Coke. When I finally decided enough was enough my vision was blurry and I had a pretty bad headache. I think I felt it was like a test for myself, and a chance to break the conventional day-night cycle. And besides, I'm sure there's someone (probably lots of people) who's played more than me, but just hasn't posted here. ASW followers are pretty crazy people sometimes.

You took breaks every 4 or 5 hours. OK. How much later you decided to play again? After 2 hours? You slept 14 hours? Wow... I view anything more than 12 hours as more than normal. Coke... is that a energy drink for nerds? I think that is just sweet lemonade to quench your thirst. Aww... poor you. :frown: You couldnt see well anymore. How bad was it? Just bad headache, or on the brunt to migraine? A test how much you could play... heh. And to see how long you could be awake. Crazy... you mean playing at night? Cuz thats what I did recently when testing Bombs patch for his plug-in, F-25 2.0.

I like Coke, even though Pepsi is better.

Heh the funny thing was, we were flying a Kestrel with 36 Hawk escorts. You would launch the fighters you had in your bay at the time, land on a planet that sold the hawks, by 2 more, launch em, and so on.
It was very cool the way we looked (both on screen and on the radar)....Instant planetary domination got old quick though, so did never seeing any other ships in the system.;)

That was fun for a while. I had 6 argosies as escorts where I had mass expanded into them so I could max out weapons space. Then I had tons of Hawks and Lightnings. That also meant that I had no cargo space to get missions. Eventually I, too figured out that if you had 36 ships dominating a planet was easy. I always thougt that payments should progress geometrically, though. It was silly that Earth paid you only 5x more than Torgo. Also, it would be nice if a planet frees itself from your grip if you do not visit it at least, say every 3 months. It would keep bullies busier than that wimpy bounty hunter.
