1.I've noticed that, most of the time, if there's a planet in a system with the same name as the system, it will most likely be uninhabited.

I noticed that when I decide to hit 'j' right after a jump (before the planet blocks me), there are always pirates near that blast me.

I've noticed that the "independent" worlds are really allied with the Confeds! If you make the 'Feds mad, chances are you've made the Indies mad, and vice versa.

I just did that because I didn't feel like changing them, and soon I got used to them, so they stayed.
And it seems like forge won't be posting back soon unless some kind soul raises his karma AGAIN...

I've noticed that when you go pirate hunting, you can wait in a system (e.g. Altair, my personal favourite, or Darven) and all you'll get are Argosies and Clippers, or maybe the odd co rvette (very rare). But the moment you decide to hit 'j' (or whatever your button for jump is) a Kestrel will jump in. It's damn annoying.

I'm not bothered about then shooting me. It just annoys me that I lose the chance to get 400K credits and the chance to get one as an escort.
I've noticed I do not EVER get any bar missions on certain planets. Matar's Hodgson's World is one of them. I know there are at least two others, but I cannot remember which ones they are....

I beg to differ. The fed's alien string began on Hodgson's world in the bar for me. Plus I've got plenty of 'kill the defectors in federation frigates' from there too.

Maybe it is the fact that I have NEVER done a Confed mission that has "tuned" EV to not even offer them now. All I know is what I reported before.... (I did not know anyone DID missions for the Confeds...!!? Worm!)

Yep yep yep.... that's what always bugs me.
Karl: Yes, of course you can do missions for the Confeds. You can do missions for the Pirates too. If you want to try getting Confederate missions (doesn't seem like you want to try them - "Worm!" - but I'll tell you anyway), just get on the Feds' good side - shoot pirates and Rebels, and eventually you'll start getting missions. Same as getting missions for anyone else.

I was not questioning Confed mission "availability." I am just saddened that some of you Worms would ACCEPT them.

I will "pick one bone" only: Once I was hated throughout Confed space, I was glad I bought the fake ID. It allowed me much more flexibility in travel and I had less trouble with certain missions. So I disagree that the Fake ID is "for Confed lovers ONLY." I am delighted I spent the credits on it. (And I bet the 'feds wish I had not....)
Just because I did a fed mission doesn't mean I'm a fed. Or a worm. I only did it to see what you have to do for the feds. Personally, I'm a rebel. That's how I knew that the fed's weapon transport was in Castor, not Ruby. I love rebel cruisers (after spending 3 minutes in a fed cruiser, it makes you appreciate the manoeverability offered by the rebel cruiser). I merely want to explore all the corners of the game, to see what happens. And anyway - once I finished the feds missions, I turned traitor and shot all the cruisers I found to kingdom come. Har-har. And I don't like being called a worm.
