In this topic I will need you guys to post all that important stuff I said you would need in the rules. Can I give the Brox, Calan, and Hunn'sta core/colony worlds the same fleet as the Weave Alliance fleets? Since they have weak militaries, it makes sense that they would be replaced by Weave ships. Their capitals would have unique fleets, and since the Sauridians have good ships, they would get their own fleets.

Bio: Vehn Dorja is relatively new to the life of crime and rebellion he now lives. He was born into a wealthy and privileged family on the booming Terran industrial world of Landfall. He did well in school and was able to gain entrance to the Terran Naval Acadamy in 2238, two years before the invasion of Zarbroxx. Graduating top of his class in 2243 Dorja rose quickly through the ranks until he was second in command of the Attack Frigate _T.N.Y. Nelson{/i). In 2244 the Nelson was assigned to the Fleet intended to annex the Sauridian Freehold. During the famous Farazon Campaigns he was decorated several times for valor and use of innovative tactics in battle. After the annexation of the Sauridians Vehn was moved from assignment to assignment finally ending up in command of a Heavy Cruiser attached to the Zarbroxx sector fleet in 2248. When the insurrection started almost all of the Terran ships in the sector were destroyed within the first day. During the fighting Vehn disobeyed several direct orders in order to pick up several disabled Interceptors that otherwise would have been captured or destroyed by the enemy, unfortunately for him the order he disobeyed resulted in the destruction of the planetary governor's personal storehouse before it's contents could be spirited away. Court Martialed, dishonorably discharged, and exiled from Terran space Vehn took up residence on Evildrome and quickly became famous for his skill and bravery... as well as his hate for the Terran Empire. Eventually he was able to claw his way to the top of the Evildrome dogpile and seize control of all the Pirate operations in the area.

Ipvicus, I have a question. Why do the pirates have so much funding? The two of them, together, have more than the Weave or the Terrans.

Because that is how I interpreted the plugin, that and the way Pirates have been troughout history. The size of their fleets is offset by their lack of unity, and their industrial and economic weakness.

Look at the Pirates of the Mediterranian Sea during ancient Greek and Roman times. They frequently organized themselves into large fleets under very capable Admirals to cause all sorts of hell. Roman fleets in Republican times were repeatedly defeated in naval conflicts by such Pirate fleets, though the Romans always won in the end.
