Bah, who needs an iBook for Christmas, I already have access to a duel G4. because of that, I think I might actually be happier with getting STV:Elite Force and it's expansion pack and Myst III. Just as well Nova isn't out yet...

You either mean that your G4s fight, or you have a dual G4.
Take into consideration that Cara is getting an iBook as an upgrade from a Pentium 1 double-digit Mhz Windows 95 box (with 8 megs of RAM). I think it is a nice little upgrade, don't you?

Make both of my computers G4s. My dad bought new processors to upgrade our G3s over the holidays.

As for the modem: I forgot to mention that Cara had a 14.4 modem, using AOL. She once had an AOL-related problem (imagine that) and the tech support person told her that she wasn't supposed to be able to run whatever version she had on that computer.

Heh, me too. Works great in EV, but try to carry it over to Override and use it on Miranu missions, and you'll quickly find yourself unable to land on any Miranu planet. A nasty mistake I made....
