No idea what that is. If you said the Orinoco wanted it released then I'd be scared.

If you don't explain,I will have no alternative to release the Motie hordes upon you. Try facing down a squad of Warrior caste! BTW:Has anyone noticed that the Alderson Drive is a completely scientific and logical explanation for the FTL used by EV ships?

New Republic is a major expansion plug for EV - not quite a TC since it uses the same basic "universe" but with more of almost all resources: new races, new govts, new ships, weapons, etc., and of course new missions. It has been in development for years, and is probably about 95% complete, needing a few graphics and major debugging to be ready for release.
I am not sure that the Alderson drive is identical to the EV drive, though there are similarities.
Moties? Warrior Caste? Bah. A division of MI cap troopers could clean out the whole planet, and then move on to take out the orbital habitats.

See Larry Niven's "Known Space" novels and stories. I suppose the Orinoco might be a bit more of a threat than the Kzin, but only because of their technology.

i must agree with that you took the words right out of my mouth
