Many of you have been wandering where I've been (yeah, I haven't posted in a few days. Image that ), and my explanation for my absence is because of my work toward the new Saber Studios website and Zachit graphics. I've just completed my first graphics enhancer set, which is free for download (and can be viewed) at the web page. The site is intended to provide plugin developers with graphics, and I hope my first set will be of some use. It is called "The Zachit Graphics Expansion Set," and adds six new ships: all blue and flying for the Zachit government. This set (and those soon to come) are complete with shipyard, comm, target, icon, sprite and mask graphics, all fully rendered in 8-bit color and saved in PICT format (you'll need Stuffit Expander to unstuff the download files. Refer to the website for more information).
Also, I've constructed a poll page. Here, all you developers who want to decide which graphics set (example: Azdgari, Igadzra etc.) you'd like to see next. If you get the chance, please feel free to vote, as I will get busy designing the next graphic sets depending on the poll results.
I threw the webpage together in around an hour, and as basic as it is, I think it will do just fine. Please post your comments or critisizm, as feedback is very important.

Thanks. I created this resource page since I've seen so many people request graphics lately, so I did decide to spend more time on the Zachit set than episode III graphics.
As far as episode III is concerned, I'm still up to it.
I have to say Skyblade the overall look of the site is very professional. How did you create that site?

Nice work Cap'n, though I would of course prefer to see regular EV graphic,s even though I'm not currently involved in a plug. Its good to see the community members helping each other out, especially for free

Professional? I must admit that I've made websites far better than Saber Studios, but I guess that fact that you find it appealing is a good thing. Thanks.
I used Visual Page and a bit of Adobe GoLive to create the website.

I'll probably be making an Azdgari plugin next, but that all depends on the poll results. I'll build you one of those EV sets of one of these days...

Just a quick correction-
On the poll, it states- "Zidager"
I believe that the correct spelling is Zidagar.
The website is very easy to use and clean, and the Zachit graphic sets are quite nice. Continue the good work.
Now, if only people would vote for the Zidagar graphic set next...

Bah, spell check never catches the word "Zidagar," as it isn't exactly in the dictionary. Sorry for the error.

I finished up the Azdgari Warship last night, and that completes the last of the five Azdgari vessels I've been working on this past week. In my own opinion, these Azdgari graphics are far better than the Zachit ones I previously released. Better yet, the set comes with both top and 3/4 rendered sprites and masks (you can view the sprites over at the Saber Studios website).

The graphics are free, and use them in any of your EVO plugins. Please post away with your questions and comments.
Note- There is also a new "planet graphics" section where you can download images for your spob resources.

A break? I might... I'm actually working on a few phase weapon enhanced graphics at the moment, so I consider that a break.
