By what missions do you get the cloaking device, and tractor beam? And does the forklift ever run out?

Forklift doesn't run out. You get the tractor beam and cloaking device by doing the Rebel mission string.

No, not from a plug-in. You know how you did the Confed missions? Well there is another set of missions for the Rebels that end in defeating the aliens as well. It starts with a shipping mission for the Rebels and goes from there. You can get the cloaking device, tractor beam, and eventually access to the Rebel ships.
But I haven't done any of that, and I have access to the rebel ships by way of the confed. alien mission.
That's a bug. It shouldn't happen.

Nope, bugs are generally classified as inherent things in the program. What version of EV are you using?

AIM is AOL Instant Messenger. ICQ is another form of messenger. They allow person to person communication without this blasted UBB format and it's easier to answer questions.

Look in my info. My ICQ number and my AIM screen-name are listed in my info on here. AIM and ICQ are good things to have in the long run.
