Now that I have the egg what do I do with it?
The egg gives you a pet. You can access pets in the menu (at the same place where you get recipies).
The nautilus pet will attack nearby enemies.

Uhhh…I thought it hatches and activates on its own? I don't think you need to activate it manually.
Try to avoid swimming around areas with nautili now—it gets pretty confusing.

Yeah, and it’s smaller, but it’s still weird. There are two other pets who look like enemies too—but one of them doesn’t.
