I have no homework to do this weekend ( :D!) and so I'm (hopefully) going to test a lot and fix a lot. I'm worried about fixing the Rebel permflags, though. That will take a lot of work.

I've been through some more today, and fixed a few bugs. I'll upload the next version some time today, too.
Fixes:
A3 ( Retreating ) - The conversation with the Hooded Figure now checks if the player has the appropiate number of coins when asking for information.
A3 ( Retreating ) - The FG tiles under the barrier fit properly now.
A3 ( Retreating ) - The BG tiles under the spikes at the end have a nice edge now.
A4 ( Going Up... ) - Now Ferazel can't climb through the barrier at the start.
A4 ( Going Up... ) - FG tiles around the second button over the large spike pit work properly now.
A27 ( Trade Land ) - The player no longer starts on top of the level exit. (I'm sure I'd already fixed this but I guess not...)
Added:
A4 ( Going Up... ) - Xichrons.
A27 ( Trade Land ) - BG Tiles to make the passages look more realistic.

Alrighty, even more bugs have been fixed. Today has been a productive day
A4 ( Going Up... ) - Fixed some BG tiles.
A5 ( Frostbite ) - Fixed some BG tiles.
A8 ( The Pentagon ) - The amount of ambient light is now 0 because there is no lightmap (previously everything was extremely bright).
A8 ( The Pentagon ) - Lowered a spinblock because I couldn't jump on to it (and I don't think it's possible).
A8 ( The Pentagon ) - Reworked exit slightly because it was occasioally causing crashes.

I found a major bug in A10 ( Mysterious Shadows ) which meant that Ferazel couldn't get somewhere so he couldn't do the level. New versions have been uploaded to both /dev and /beta.
