I think he meant "how do I use the 'reply' button?"
On a random note, somehow I found my ares magleague password was cached on my OS9 browser, so I think I can play magleague games again.
Anybody want easy points?

I was asking what multiplayer Ares is like with a 68k Mac and a dial-up modem.
------------------ Excuse/explanation for using the windows version of EVN:
I play Ares multiplayer with a dial up modem and it works fine. Er, i admit that I have never used it with a 68k machine, just a G3 and G4. But I have played it once with a 603 ppc against a 603e ppc on an ethernet LAN and it worked fine.
The levels without asteroids in them should be ok on a 68k machine

You really need a 33/40Mhz 68040 at least, to play Ares. I used to try to play it on my 25Mhz 68030 LC III and it was very laggy even in singleplayer.
I had a 33mHz 68040 Performa 636 at one point. Playing Ares was fine, on most singleplayer levels. The ones with lots of asteroids and stuff did take significant amounts of time to load though.
And multiplayer just seemed like it would be a pain.
It seems that most of the problem is that Gameranger won't run.
