Well...Yes and No. All of the quests are doable by every class they all get rewards. However, in addition to the Conjurer's reward spell, there are 3 other spells hidden throughout Garendall. Anyway, it was orginally made to be for the Conjurer but was later expanded into the other classes. So you can play it either way...
