Hello, Im looking to start making plugins for EVN. I have never made any plugs before, and i was wondering what prgram i should download to make them. What do you all use? What do you recommend?

Just donwload evrything on that page. May I also recommend EVONE (see my signature) its not out yet but it will make things much easyer.

Resedit is just a program. Novatools comes with a readme on how to install it.

You've got to know that well , just read it over and over again. Also use the SEARCH function its at the top of each page.You will find a lot of awnsers there from people before you.
Also try to download some plugins and see (using resedit how they work) also check the nova data files.
