The key is always to have a bunch of ~dedicated~ people working on a project. And another thing, don't have anyone who is necessary, ie. make sure that nobody is irreplaceable. Try to get two people involved who can write good storylines, at least two people who are good at fiddling with the unique resource structure which the EV engines use, at least two people who can come up with cool graphics, etc. That way, if one person conks out, the other can take over. And of one does disappear, try to find another one to help out.

I don't think I'll have trouble keeping up to Nova's standards. Compared to EVO's standards, mine are also through the roof. At least they are for my current plugs in development.
